Unless a higher fee is prescribed in the regulations made in terms of article 92(1), the annual fee due to the Notarial Council by each notary, to the exclusion of those mentioned in article 22, shall be calculated on the basis of five euro (€5)for every act published by the notary during any calendar year (to the exclusion of wills and acts in terms of Part IIIA), and such fee shall become due at the end of every calendar year and payable upon presentation of the acts in terms of article 94A(12)(d). The annual fee shall be revised according to the cost of living index every ten years from basis year 2010 and, in default of such an index, in terms of regulations made under this Act: Provided that the said fee of five euro (€5) shall be due on st deeds published after the 1 January 2019.
