Cap. 55 Art. 91Right of appeal to Court of Revision.

Any notary on whom any punishment has been inflicted under the provisions of articles 88 and 89, may appeal to the Court of Revision of Notarial Acts, by an application to be filed within fifteen days from the date on which notice has been given to him of the punishment so inflicted, and such court shall have power to reverse the decision of, or to vary the punishment inflicted by, the Notarial Council.
