Cap. 55 Art. 45BRatification in certain cases.

Notwithstanding the provisions of this Act or any other law, where a person appearing on a notarial act declares thereon that he represents a party to the act on the basis of what is commonly known as the "promessa de rato" of such party, the act shall, upon the lapse of the period of forfeiture of twenty years from the date of its publication, be automatically ratified and shall be deemed always to have been valid.
