Cap. 55 Art. 112AProcedures and fees.

(1) The Minister responsible for justice may by regulations under this subarticle establish the fees payable to the registry of the Court of Appeal (Inferior Jurisdiction) for the filing of judicial acts under article 112: Provided that until such fees are so established by the Minister, the fees contained in Schedule A to the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure shall apply.

(2 The board established under article 29 of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure may make rules governing applications under article 112.
