Saving the provisions of the Notarial Acts (Temporary

Provisions) Act and the proviso of article 94A(10)(a), the acts, registers, registers and indexes deposited in the Archives may not be removed therefrom without an order of a court of justice, and, where any such order is made, the archivist shall see that such acts, registers or indexes be replaced in the Archives as soon as the purpose for which they shall have been removed from the Archives, shall have been served.
