Cap. 538 Art. 17Violence and threats.

Whosoever by violence or threats compels a Counsellor who is a public officer to do or not to do any act appertaining to his office, shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term from one to five years and to a fine (multa) of not less than four thousand euro (€4,000) and not more than ten thousand euro (€10,000).
