Cap. 533 Art. 7Decisions of the Board.

The Board shall consider and make its recommendations on an application for a warrant to practice the profession of youth worker as soon as is reasonably practicable but in no case later than four months from the receipt of the application together with all the relevant information and documentation in support of the application. On making its recommendations to the Minister, the Board shall concurrently notify the applicant of its recommendations, together with the reasons upon which these were based.
