Cap. 530 Art. 10Power to make regulations.

(1) The Minister may by regulations provide the list of unions of equivalent status to civil unions: Provided that only those unions which in the opinion of the Minister are unions of equivalent status to civil unions as provided for by this Act may be listed in the regulations.

(2) The Minister shall remove from the regulations any union which in his opinion is no longer a union of equivalent status.
