Cap. 528 Art. 16Establishment and composition of Council of Health.

(1) There shall be established a Council of Health.

(2) The Council shall be composed as provided for in Schedule

B, and the Minister may by regulations amend the said Schedule, and provide for any other matter or procedure he may deem necessary for the better implementation of the functions of the Council.
