Cap. 528 Art. 15ADepartment operating Blood, Tissue and Cells Centre.

(1) There shall be established a Department operating

Blood, Tissue and Cells Centre, hereinafter referred to as the

Department, whose objective shall be to provide a safe and sustainable blood supply and a service for tissue and cells in compliance with all relevant standards, whilst respecting the donor’s voluntary gift for the benefit of eligible patients.

(2) The Head of the Department shall be a Director General.
