Cap. 521 Art. 4Establishment of competent authority.

The Office of the Prime Minister shall be designated as the a competent authority for the purposes of this Act:

Provided that the Prime Minister may by notice in the Gazette designate another entity as the competent authority for the purposes of this Act.
