Cap. 521 Art. 13Power to make regulations.

The Minister may make regulations for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this Act and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, to further promote the entrenchment of sustainable development practices across the public administration, the private sector and civil society in general, which regulations may also make provision in respect of matters that are consequential or incidental to the provisions of this Act.
