Cap. 513 Art. 17Liability of Director for damages resulting from gross negligence.

For the purposes of articles 14, 15 and 16, the Director or any authorised person shall not be liable for any damages to any person or any property as a result of the exercise of his powers under the aforementioned articles, or attributable to the performance of his duties imposed by this Act, unless it is proven that such damage resulted from bad faith and gross negligence on the part of the Director or such authorised person.
