Cap. 503 Art. 55Prevalence of Part VI and the First Schedule.

In case of conflict on any matter between Part IV on the one hand and Part VI and the First Schedule on the other hand, Part

VI and the First Schedule shall prevail over Part IV; however, to the extent that a mortgage registered under Part IV attaches to more assets or grants additional rights, then the mortgagee registered under Part IV shall be entitled to such additional rights in terms of Part IV.
