Cap. 503 Art. 49Protection of operation of the International Registry.

A court or tribunal may not make an order or a decision that would have the effect of binding the Registrar and if such a matter were to arise before a Maltese court, the court shall stay proceedings and refer the matter to the relevant courts enjoying jurisdiction in accordance with the Cape Town Convention.
