It shall be lawful to modify the registered details relating to a mortgage in the event of a change in the name or the address of any of the mortgagor or the mortgagee, resulting from corporate events, including shareholder or director resolutions, amalgamations, divisions or similar events. This shall be made by means of a note submitted by the mortgagee to the Director General together with any evidence of the change of name or address. The Director General shall thereupon make an annotation in the Malta Aircraft Register reflecting such modifications.".
