Cap. 503 Art. 15Inspection of the Malta Aircraft Register.

(1) The Malta Aircraft Register may, upon payment of the prescribed fee, be inspected by any person at the offices of the

Director General subject to any conditions the Director General may specify.

(2) The Director General may make the information in the Malta Aircraft Register accessible on the internet or by any other suitable electronic means.

(3) A transcript of the Malta Aircraft Register shall be issued upon request and upon the payment of the prescribed fee.
