Cap. 487 Art. 44BAppointment of . intermediaries

Without prejudice to the requirements of this Act, every insurance agent and insurance broker enrolled under this Act shall utilise the services of intermediaries which are:

(a) enrolled under Parts VIII and VIIIA, as set out in the said Parts; or

(b) registered under Article 3 of the Insurance Distribution Directive or falling under Article 1(3) of the Insurance Distribution Directive.
