Cap. 48 Art. 11Depositions to be evidence.

Depositions taken for the purposes of this Ordinance in a court in England or Northern Ireland or in another part of Her Majesty’s Dominions to which this Ordinance extends may be received in evidence in proceedings before the court under this Ordinance.
