Cap. 465 Art. 23Offences against authorised officers.

(1) Any person who assaults, abuses, harasses or threatens an authorised officer, a nominated officer or a police officer exercising a function under this Act or otherwise hinders, obstructs or delays a power or the performance of a function under this Act, shall be guilty of an offence under this article.

(2) Any person who fails to comply with a requirement of an authorised officer, nominated officer or a police officer under this Act shall be guilty of an offence under this article.
