Cap. 462 Art. 18Child Impact Statement.

(1) Whenever it appears necessary or expedient, the Commissioner may carry out or cause to be carried out a Child Impact Statement relating to any decision or proposal on policy which affects children.

(2) Any Child Impact Statement shall set out the probable impact on children of the decision or proposal on policy.

(3) The Commissioner may publish the Child Impact Statement
