Cap. 455 Art. 46Rules for mediation and advisory opinions.

(1) The Minister shall, after having consulted SportMalta, from time to time prescribe rules governing mediation procedures.

(2) SportMalta shall from time to time make such rules governing the giving of advisory opinions.
