Cap. 455 Art. 24Funds from public lotteries.

The Minister responsible for finance may by regulation under this article provide that such portion of the proceeds of public lotteries as may be prescribed shall be paid to SportMalta, and the Accountant General shall, without any further appropriation other than this Act, regularly appropriate such funds to SportMalta on receipt of a warrant from the Minister responsible for finance.
