Cap. 455 Art. 15Transfer of movable property to SportMalta.

The property, other than immovable property, owned by the

Government and administered or managed by the Department of

Youth and Sport or SportMalta and immediately before the date of the coming into force of this Part of this Act used or intended for use by it for the purpose of any of the functions which by this Act are being transferred to or vested in SportMalta and "Skola Sport" operated by the Ministry for Education shall, on the date aforesaid, by virtue of this Act and without further assurance, be transferred to and vested in SportMalta under the same title by which they were held by the Government immediately before the said date.
