Any animal welfare officer or any such officer or person authorised by the Authority or the Director for Animal Welfare in the performance of their functions under this Act or under any other law administered by the Authority, shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person by reason of anything done or omitted to be done in good faith in the course of the administration of this Act or of any other law.
