Cap. 439 Art. 15Power to make regulations on animal housing systems.

(1) The Minister may, on the advice of the Council, make regulations -

(a) to provide for conditions in which animals may be housed;

(b) to provide for the categories of persons authorised to keep and house those categories and species of animals; and

(c) to establish procedures in respect of applications for a housing system.

(2) Applications may be approved subject to such conditions and restrictions as the Authority may deem fit to impose; the grant or revocation of any permit shall be published in the Gazette.
