Cap. 433 Art. 8Inspection.

The person in charge of any conveyance transporting or storing anything required to be declared under article 7(1) shall make the conveyance and its contents available for inspection and treatment by an authorised officer in accordance with this Act as soon as reasonably possible after arrival in Malta or at any other time reasonably directed by an inspector; who shall determine the place of inspection.
