Cap. 433 Art. 28Seizure.

Any inspector or authorised officer who causes anything to be seized, detained, treated, disposed of or destroyed shall, as soon as practicable, notify the owner or person having possession, care or control of the thing, of the steps taken and the reasons for them. If, in exceptional circumstances, the seizure is not made in the presence of such person, they shall be notified in writing in such manner as the Minister may from time to time prescribe.
