Cap. 433 Art. 26Appointment of inspectors.

(1) The Minister shall appoint inspectors to enforce the provisions of this Act and the Minister shall ensure that they receive adequate technical training to enable them to properly perform their duties.

(2) The Minister may, on the advice of the Director, designate public officers in the Authority to be temporary inspectors to enforce the provisions of this Act, together with the inspectors appointed under sub-article (1), and shall ensure that they receive adequate technical training to enable them to properly perform their duties.
