Cap. 433 Art. 23Non-compliance.

If an owner or occupier either cannot comply with any term of a notice issued under articles 17 or 18 or is unable to comply within the stipulated period and in either case advises the Authority accordingly, the Authority may authorise the Plant Health Service to enter upon the land or premises in question and to take whatever measures may be appropriate to carry out the requirements of the notice.
