Cap. 415 Art. 5Qualification for copyright protection by reference to country where work is made or published.

(1) Copyright shall be conferred by this article on every work which is eligible for copyright and which is made or first published in Malta or in a State in which such works are protected under an international agreement to which Malta is also a party and which has not been the subject of copyright conferred by article 4.

(2) Copyright conferred on a work by this article shall have the same duration as is provided for in article 4 in relation to the same type of work.
