Cap. 415 Art. 49Right of appeal.

(1) There shall lie a right of appeal from all decisions of the Board.

(2) Any appeal shall be brought before the Court of Appeal composed in the manner provided in article 41(9) of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure by application within fifteen days of service of the Board’s decision.

(3) The Minister responsible for justice may make rules governing appeals to the Court of Appeal under this Act, and prescribing a scale of costs and fees in relation to such appeals.
