Cap. 415 Art. 36Qualification for protection of topography right.

The right conferred by article 32 shall apply in favour of a creator or his successor in title who is an individual who is a citizen of, or is domiciled or permanently resident in Malta or in a State in which such a right as is conferred by article 32 on sui generis semiconductor product topographies is protected under an international agreement to which Malta is also a party.
