Cap. 415 Art. 33Exceptions to the topography right.

The right conferred by article 32 shall not prevent:

(a) reproduction of a topography privately for non-commercial aims;

(b) reproduction for the purpose of analyzing, evaluating or teaching the concepts, processes, systems or techniques bodied in the topography or the topography itself;

(c) any act in relation to a topography meeting the requirements of article 35 and created on the basis of an analysis and evaluation of another topography carried out in conformity with the preceding paragraph (b).
