Cap. 409 Art. 7

Without prejudice to the provisions of article 44, any document purporting to be a document made or issued by the Authority and signed by the chairperson of the Authority or by the chief executive on its behalf shall be received in evidence and shall, until the contrary is proved, be deemed to be a document made or issued by the Authority.
