(1) The regulations made under the Tourist Guide Service Act, the Hotels and Catering Establishments Act, the Guest Houses and Holiday Furnished Premises Act, the Travel Agencies and

Hotel Services Act, and the National Tourism Organization Act, repealed by this Act, as shown in the Fourth Schedule to this Act, shall, until other provision is made under or by virtue of this Act, continue in force and have effect as if made under this Act and, notwithstanding anything contained in those regulations and in the Acts abovementioned with regard to offences, penalties and criminal proceedings, the provisions of articles 43, 44 and 45 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to those regulations.

(2) Any licence, permission or other authority granted under any enactment, or any provision thereof, repealed by this Act, and still in force immediately before such repeal, shall continue in force thereafter as if it were a licence, permission or authority granted under a corresponding provision of this Act, as the case may require; and any such licence, permission or authority as aforesaid shall be treated and dealt with accordingly.
