Cap. 409 Art. 22Advertisement and representation.

No person shall advertise or represent a hotel, guest house, hostel, holiday premises or catering establishment as belonging to a category higher than that to which it actually belongs according to its classification, or as offering particular amenities or services which it does not in fact provide at the time of such advertisement or representation.
