Cap. 406 Art. 54Access to places of habitation.

If access is required for the purposes of article 53(a) to any premises occupied in whole or in part for the purpose of habitation, such access shall require the prior warrant signed by a Magistrate and shall not take place between seven o’clock in the evening and seven o’clock in the morning.
