Cap. 403 Art. 68Proceedings for an offence under this Act.

(1) No proceedings for an offence under this Act and any regulations made thereunder other than an infringement to which article 67(6) applies shall be commenced without the sanction of the Attorney General.

(2) The provisions of this Act and any regulations made thereunder shall not affect any criminal proceedings that may be competent under any other law.
