Cap. 403 Art. 54Power to issue regulations under this Part of the Act.

The Minister may, after consultation with the competent authority, make regulations to better implement the provisions of this Part, including the transposition of any requirement or provision as may arise under a Directive, Regulation or Decision of the European Union or any other similar measure.
