Cap. 400 Art. 45Persons gaming to be present at casino.

(1) No person shall take part in gaming at a casino -

(a) if he is not present on the premises of the casino when gaming takes place there;

(b) on behalf of another person who is not present on the premises at the time.

(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of subarticle

(1) or who aids or permits any other person to contravene such provisions shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
