Cap. 385 Art. 9Oath of Office.

(1) Before entering upon the exercise of the duties of his office an Ombudsman shall take an oath that he will faithfully and impartially perform the duties of his office, and that he will not, except in accordance with article 21, divulge any information acquired by him under this Act.

(2) The oath shall be administered by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
