Cap. 385 Art. 14Time limit for complaints.

(1) Nothing in article 13 of this Act shall permit the

Ombudsman to investigate a complaint on an act which occurred earlier than six months prior to the date on which this Act comes into force.

(2) A complaint shall not be entertained under this Act unless it special circumstances which make it proper to do so.
