Any person guilty of an offence against the provisions of article 52 shall, in the case of a first and slight offence, be liable to a fine (multa) from eleven euros and sixty-five cents (11.65) to fifty-eight euros and twenty-three cents (58.23); in any other case, to a fine (multa) not exceeding one thousand and one hundred and sixty-four euros and sixty-nine cents (1,164.69).
