Cap. 36 Art. 70Declaration of disease by Government veterinary surgeon.

Whenever it appears to a government veterinary surgeon that any disease or suspicious symptoms of disease exist or have recently existed in any stable, field or other place, he shall forthwith make and sign a declaration thereof and transmit the same to the Director of Agriculture.
