Cap. 36 Art. 51Power of entry in anypremises,upon ships or aircraft.

The Superintendent, the port medical officers, and any other government medical or health officer deputed for such purpose, as well as any officer of any other department entrusted with the duty of enforcing and executing the above regulations and of aiding in the enforcement or execution thereof, shall have the power of entry in any premises, ship or aircraft for the purpose of enforcing or superintending the enforcement of any regulations so issued by the Minister responsible for public health as aforesaid.
