Cap. 36 Art. 42Power of Minister to make regulations regarding persons suffering from certain diseases.

The Minister responsible for public health may make and, when made, vary or revoke regulations for the purpose of requiring persons suffering from a disease of a chronic infectious nature, to submit themselves to periodical examinations and/or treatment in such manner and by such medical officers as may be prescribed by such regulations.
