Cap. 36 Art. 3Orders and regulations given or made by the competent Minister.

(1) Any order or regulation which the competent Minister has, under this Ordinance, the power to give or make, shall be given or made by the competent Minister on the advice of the

Council of Health.

(2) The provisions of this article shall not apply to the orders referred to in articles 78 and 88 or to any order given by the competent Minister in pursuance of any regulation made under this Ordinance.
