Cap. 36 Art. 120Punishments mentioned in this Ordinance are the same as those laid down in the Criminal Code.

The punishments of fine (ammenda or detention multa), and imprisonment imposed by this Ordinance are the same as those laid down in the Criminal Code, and the provisions of that Code relating to such punishments shall be applicable to the same when awarded under this Ordinance.
