Cap. 36 Art. 117Power of court to cancel or suspend licence in certain cases.

In the case of a third or subsequent conviction for a like offence, committed by any shop-keeper, vendor or other person exercising any art, trade or other calling in virtue of a licence granted by any public authority, the court may, if the offence is in connection with the exercise of such trade, art or calling, cancel the licence or suspend the same for any period at its discretion.
